- Our check in time is 1500 hrs and check out time is 1200hrs. Any early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.
- As per RBI guidelines, it will be mandatory to enter ATM PIN while using your credit card or debit card at our hotels.
- As per recent Govt. law, it is Mandatory for all the guests to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In which can be in form of Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal. IN CASE OF foreigner/NRI guest passport with Visa or OCI/POI is mandatory. Pan Card will not be accepted.

Individual/FIT Booking: – A full deposit for the stay will be charged for confirmed booking.
No amendment & No cancellation in group booking for 5 and above rooms.
Cancellation: – All the Bookings will be Non-Cancellation, Non-Amendable and Non-Refundable. We do not accept Cancellation over Phone: Cancellation can be done on any working day between 10:00 Hours to 18:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except National Holiday).
One time Amendment can be done before 07 days & Charges will be INR 2500 + GST Per Room Per Night. For Individual Bookings only .During Amendment if room tariff will be differ than difference amount has to pay during amendment and failure to arrive at the property will be considered as a No show and 100% retention will be charged for the same.
Age Policy: One child below 09 years is Complimentary Sharing Parents Room (Without Extra Bed).
Second Child between 04-09 years will be on chargeable basis @ INR 2500 + GST Per room per night.
Child above 09 years or Additional Adult will be charged @ INR 3500 + GST per room per night.
Maximum 03 Adult & One child can be accommodated in one Room in Executive Cottage Category onwards, subject to payment of Applicable Charges)

Refund Policy: – Refund of Advance will be made within 45 days of the cancellation as per the cancellation policy.
Confirmation Policy: –Booking will be treated as confirmed only against 100% payment.
Hotel has the authority to decide any suspected person/Local ID and can deny to give the check-in.
4 Person are not allowed in one Room, Except Family Royal Suite.
Visitor Policy:-“Visitors who are not staying at the property will be charged an entry fee (i.e. Cover Charge)”.
No Professional Photo-shoot or Videography is allowed in the Premises without permission. “Charges Applicable”.
Outside Food and Liquor are Strictly not allowed.
For in-house guests, Village Entry will be Complimentary without a Meal.
